Professional Website Design - Terms of Service

1. All Website Contents will be provided by the client prior to the development. These can be the following: Company Information, Testimonials, List & Details of Services, Product Information, Contact Details & other relevant information.

2. The whole development process will be manage and taken care of our Web Development Team. You wont have to worry at all. We will keep you updated throughout the development stages and we will get in touch with you via Email or Phone to gather further requirements and to inform you of the progress.

3. Resources for Basic Package are: 100MB Space & 3GB Bandwidth. Resources for Best Seller Package are: 200MB Space & 6GB Bandwidth. Those figures are in a monthly basis.  

4. For Basic Package, a charge of AU$65.00/hour applies for Content Updates. These are making changes on the website contents initially provided by the client. It does not include a re-design of the website.  

5. 25% Initial Deposit of the total package amount is required before we start the development.  

6. The remaining 75% of the balance must be paid after the preview of the final design and before we published it.
